        PUBLIC HEARING


The Garden City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 7th, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at the Garden City Lakeview Building located at 69 N. Paradise Parkway, Building C.

1.	Roll Call
2.	Discussion of Ordinance:
#25-03 - An Ordinance Adding Commercial Condominium. 
#25-04 - An Ordinance Adding Vacant Lot to Definitions.
#25-06 - An Ordinance Updating and Adding to the Building Permit Required Ordinance.
#25-07 - An Ordinance Amending Title 11E of the Garden City Code to Make Clarifying Corrections to the Subdivision Plat Approval and Amendment Processes.
3.	Adjournment
